Bone broths are broths that are based with bones (beef, chicken, etc.) with added whole veggies, herbs, and spices to aide the womb in different ways such as to help with menstrual cycle, womb strengthening, and also fertility.

When making the decision to have a baby, it's important to look at all aspects of your life that can contribute to your fertility. This includes diet. Though I suggest a more specific diet with a variety of different spices, vegetables, herbs, broths, and fruits (all non-GMO, organic, and locally sourced), I have narrowed it down to my top four ingredients that I would suggest using when incorporating bone broths into your regimen.

1. Dark, Leafy Greens. SUPER FOOD ALERT. The body needs a healthy balance of alkaline and acid for optimal fertility performance and womb health.

2. Citrus Fruits. I highly suggest citrus in ALL bone broths when being made to aide the womb. It contributes to a healthy PH Balance which is essential for healthy and fertile cervical mucus.

3. Olive Oil. This oils is a fatty acid which is SO important when it comes to developing a healthy womb. This oil can benefit you during conception and all through your pregnancy

4. Mushrooms. Mushrooms aide in a lot of known fertility issues. There are many types that can benefit you for different needs. 


Keep in mind that when it comes to eating for fertility, it is very similar to eating like you're already pregnant - a balance, whole diet will ensure that you are nourishing your body and womb enough so that it can form the necessary functions.
